HUSSEIN BAZAZA AT FASHION FORWARD S10
In this season of Dubai Fashion Forward October 2017, Hussein Bazaza amazed us again with his collection. It was diversified with 40 looks of long and short dresses, skirts and a look with pants.
The Lebanese designer’s signature appeared from the beginning of the show. A lot of pieces showed geometric lines in different colors. Surprisingly though, the runway started with an orange minimalist long dress that we could wear in the evening for a dinner or even for a coffee in the afternoon. A beautiful dress but very different from the rest of the collection.
He used fabrics like tulle, sheer and tweed. The collection included also a lot of pieces with beaded embroideries and even Batman on a sequinned dress.
We saw dresses in silver and gold but we spotted these two colors also in the details of some pieces. Most of the silhouettes were waist centered. Some of the looks had belts to emphasize the waistline.
To complete their looks, models wore high heels and very simple accessories. The hairstyle was simple as each piece of the collection is a masterpiece by itself.
THE MAKEUP OF HUSSEIN BAZAZA´S SHOW
Don’t miss the interview with the talented make-up artist Vimi Joshi. Vimi explained to Dubai Fashion News the inspiration behind the collection and the catwalk. The makeup´s inspiration was the war of emotions within every woman. The makeup reflects the multilayer of a pearl. A woman goes through different emotions but at the end of the day, the illumination is coming out of the darkness. She represented this by highlighting the faces of the models.
