This links with the so-called positive psychology. the more positive you are the more positive things you perceive. We resonate and vibrate and we will attract the same frequency of our thoughts.

We all are humans and we do have fluctuating moods each day. For example, I myself have bad days at times and I try out a number of ways to bring a smile to my face. Well, don’t worry. It is normal and it is ok. Here I have a few tips to share with you guys and help you to stay happy all-life-long.
Sleep well
How long do you sleep? Do you sleep with a calm mind? What we called “quality sleep”? Now make sure that you sleep 7-8 hours a day. Sleep plays a big role in your daily life and also in your happiness levels. The more you sleep the happier you are or put it this way… The less crankier you will be!

Enjoy music
This is one of my favorite ways to switch when I am in a bad mood. The moment I feel sad or upset, I turn on any rock music and start dancing. Yes, music is the best method to forget your pain. Try to hear any music you love. Slowly you will start to sing along with the music on and all those clouds will go… despacito…
Doing good to the public
It is such a happy feeling when you’re the reason for someone else’s happiness. Go out and start performing good deeds. The moment you find a smile on their face, it will make your day. Give more to charities, helping friends, family, colleagues, old aged people, pick up plastic from the beach… whatever resonates with you. It will help boost your happiness, and on top of that, you will be an esteemed member of the community.

Most of us have bundles of dark colors in our closet. Why don’t we opt for some bright colors if we are down? Yes, colors do have a lot of influence on our life and our perception. You might be stressed with many problems like office, love life and so on. Keep your problems aside and step out. This is one of my tips to make myself happy. The four walls will make you feel more and more depressed. And vitamin D from the Sun is proven to have a positive effect on our mood. So, go out and look into nature, people, etc you will feel good and relaxed. The waterside when the weather is warm is the best spot to visit and we are so blessed in Dubai with so many of it!

Sweets are the most powerful ingredient to raise your energy level as it provides you with a sugar rush. I guess this is my favorite tip. When you’re sad to go on and have some sweets, chocolate or ice cream. It might be precisely what you need, so just embrace it. Rule number two here is “No regrets”. So, no feeling guilty afterward.
Phone calls make you happy
We all have long-distance relationships with our loved ones. How do you contact them when you feel sad? Most of them including me write to them instead of phone calls. Today with the help of technology we can try calling that person or use the webcam and express our feelings face to face. I guarantee you a better result than a text message. We are social animals and we connect and care. So, Don´t forget to connect when you are down.
