I just learned that on the 12th and 13th of February at our beloved Courtyard there is going to be a very unique Pop-up. With French brands that you don’t normally get to see around, be ready to get wowed and discover new products and aesthetics. We ask the organizers what is in store and what can
we expect.
The Interview: Christel Guidon & Adeline Verdier- Velten
Christel Guidon from CGHP Beespoke Consulting, consulting firm, is one of the organizers, together with Adeline Verdier-Velten from The Musettes, a really nice French community of female expats. This market is going to be their first one and the expectations are high.
What is the theme of the popup Christel?
Novelty and Newness! Les Musettes & CGHP Beespoke Consulting invites consumers to discover premium, ethical, and committed French fashion brands, never before seen in Dubai.
What brands are participating and how are they unique?
We have 8- 9 brands participating in the Popup. I am sure you are going to find something special for you or your beloved ones.

THE BRANDS
– La Pelucherie
Luxury soft toys brand, made in accordance with traditional know-how since 1976, in their workshop of excellence in Italy.
– Mon Petit Poids
Mon Petit Poids offers precious objects and jewels, which celebrate the birth of your loved ones, which is the only one to offer this type of product. All creations are designed, manufactured, and personalized in France.
– La Française par B.Solfin
La Française is a women’s apparel brand specializing in knitwear, which works with one of the last French workshops.
– Paloma Germain
Paloma Germain is a brand of turbans Made In France. The turbans are manufactured in France, according to an eco-responsible process based on handwork using materials from French luxury houses.
– Lison Paris
Lison Paris is a premium, comfortable, and anti-UV children’s swimwear brand with exclusive prints. The fiber used is high-end, 100% recycled and recyclable, and is developed from abandoned fishing nets and other waste collected from the oceans.

– Akibé
AKIBÉ is a range of solid ecological cosmetics created in the heart of Africa with the utmost respect for nature and man. The products are made in Africa, by a womens cooperative with an ethical approach.

– Laura Essayie
Laura, the designer, offers high-quality jewelry with a strong design that makes it timeless, that she designs and creates each piece of the collection in her workshop, using traditional tools. The jewels are made of gold and sterling silver, made with respect for the planet, and people. 80% of the metal used for these jewels is labeled “Responsible Council Jewellery”.
– Luz Editions
Luz Editions imagines and creates products for everyday life with a Portuguese soul. The pieces are created by artisans, and invite you to travel in the traditions and know-how of the Portuguese crafts. Each project is a transmission and seeks to respect the ecosystem. It is a journey in tradition, in craftsmanship, in sustainability.

FRENCH & ETHICAL
What brought you to decide to bring a piece of France to the heart of Dubai?
We want to introduce Dubai consumers to new French brands, which are part of an ecological approach and with exceptional know-how.
