WHAT IS LONDON FASHION SCOUT?
London Fashion Scout is part of the London Fashion Week. They are an independent platform and showcase fashion pioneers. Think of Iris Van Herpen, David Koma, Peter Pilotto, Eudon Choi, Felde Felder, Xiao Li, Phoebe English, Rocky Star… and now maybe you!
This is not the first time DDFC offers this great opportunity to UAE- based fashion designers. Last February, Azzalia and Deborah Henning were the lucky ones.
HOW CAN I JOIN?
It is very easy! Just send before the 29th of June your application and your portfolio to the email opencall@ddfc.ae. You can download the application forms from the website of DDFC here.
In order to apply, you must be a DDFC member, have a minimum of 4 previous collections and have participated at least in 2 fashion shows previously.

The shortlisted fashion designers will be announced on the 3rd July. On the 6th July, there will be a meeting where designers will need to present the concept of their new collections to the judging panel.
The judges are representatives from FAD Dubai, London Fashion Scout and one special guest. On the 23rd of July, we will know the lucky chosen designer to participate in the DDFC X FAD Dubai Fashion Showcase in London in September 2017.
