The luxury cosmetic brand Kosme Paris has recently launched its products in Dubai providing women in the region with a wide selection of natural, organic and luxury skin, hair and body care products and fragrances. Their secret weapon is the use of rare natural oils. DFN beauty team tried and tested some of its products and this is our review.
ABOUT KOSME PARIS
We are picky as to what we try. So, we researched a bit about the company. Kosme Paris is a luxury natural and organic skin care brand which use natural oils from all over the world as a base of its products.
Behind KOSME Paris we find Sophie Allouche, its founder. After a radical change in her lifestyle and being aware about the practice of animal testing for cosmetics products and the use of chemicals and oils with placebo effect got interested in creating natural cosmetics.
Kosme Paris is aware and concerned about the environment and chemicals effects in our health. That is why their products are preservative, mineral oil, silicone, and parabens free and 98% organic. Under this philosophy, she founded Kosme Paris.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS
DFN beauty team had the pleasure to test some of the skin care products and we would like to share our impressions and experience.
THE MAKEUP REMOVER CLEANSING OIL
After all day makeup, sun exposure, pollution, and other external factors it’s really important to pamper and nourish our skin. We have our own beauty routine and the very first step is cleaning.
The makeup remover by Kosme Paris is a cleansing oil for face and eyes that will leave your skin moisturized and clean with a floral camellia fragrance straight from Japan.
When doing your face cleaning, we recommend you apply it in circular motion with the fingertips for a deep cleaning. For the eyes contour, it gives you better results by applying a few drops in a cotton pad and use gently over your lids.
To remove the product, we recommend the use of micellar or floral water again with a cotton pad or our personal facial cotton towel.
The cleansing oil leaves your skin deeply clean and moisturized at the same time. Your eyelids and eye lashes look nourished and its gentle with your eyes. You will get a deep cleaning even with long lasting make up.
The best moment for us happens at the end of the day… when you take time to take care of yourself. After removing your makeup, you are ready for a good relaxing shower followed by your beauty routine on face and body. For our body care, Kosme Paris proposes Jardin des Soleils beauty oil, so we tried it too.
JARDIN DES SOLEILS BEAUTY OIL
This oil leaves you skin juicy, nourished, illuminated and radiant until next morning. Jardin de Soleils gives you this result plus a never-ending summer feeling with the creamy vanilla and white musk fragrance which teleports you to an exotic and paradisiac place. Its natural ingredients as apricot, hazelnut, grape seed, and macadamia contribute to illuminate, regenerate and nourish your skin as well as contributing with an antioxidant effect. You can tell we loved this product.
COCONUT BUTTER
The Kosme Paris coconut butter has a smooth and unctuous texture and it’s is easy to apply. Coconut butter is well known for its hydrating benefits and how it heals the skin from inside out. It keeps you skin moisturized for hours with a lovely tropical smell.
CRÈME DES LEGENDES
This antiaging cream has as active ingredients Prickly Pear seed oil, Acai berries oil, Hyaluronic acid, and Aloe Vera extract. It has a very high concentration of the active ingredients so it fights wrinkles, slack skin, and pigmentation spots. Yey!
The texture is a bit thick but when applied it is easy to spread over the skin and the feeling is amazing. The skin feels light and moisturized. Almost immediately you feel the skin plumper and terser. Totally recommended!
