Dubai Fashion Week just announced the yet-to-be-known New York based designer label to open the seven day event. Carolina Herrera by Wes Gordon will unveil its collection on Oct 9th 2023 for Spring Summer 2024.

“We are thrilled to announce that Carolina Herrera is this season’s Guest of Honour to inaugurate Dubai Fashion Week SS24,” said Mohammed Aqra, Chief Strategy Officer of the Arab Fashion Council. “Carolina Herrera’s unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with their unique DNA that has always been appreciated by our region, aligns perfectly with the spirit of Dubai Fashion Week. We anticipate that Herrera’s presentation will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on the fashion landscape regionally and inspire aspiring designers and fashion enthusiasts alike.”

To be held in Dubai Design District (d3), Dubai Fashion Week’s most awaited season will start of a new fashion era with an exclusive gathering of media press, fashion buyers and celebrities worldwide on the 8th of October, with Carolina Herrera’s creative director Wes Gordon, for an intimate inauguration dinner.

The next day, 9th October, the esteemed luxury fashion house and beauty brand will showcase their Spring Summer 2024 collection with exclusive designs just for the momentous occasion. And will close the night with an intimate dinner with prominent top-tier media, buyers and distributors and celebrities. 

Aside from exclusive dinners and special designs, the prominent label will also host a private client–meet at Cle D’Or, Mall of the Emirates on the 10th of October.

Guests can expect a global luxury immersive experience coupled with Carlina Herrera’s refined and sophisticated house codes, combining the forms of entertainment, fashion, beauty and art seamlessly.
