Dubai Racing Club partners with Hats&Horses for a new era of fashion at Meydan Racecourse, hosting three glamorous events at one of Dubai’s most stylish venues.
Welcoming fashionistas back to Meydan Racecourse, one of the most iconic sporting locations in the world, Hats&Horses will host three special events to bring together horses, hats, and high fashion. There are two build-up events, including Meydan Racecourse’s first dedicated Ladies’ Night, plus the Dubai World Cup itself, which has long been established as one of the most fashionable dates on the calendar.

LADIES’ NIGHT – February 3, 2023
A night dedicated to women to dress up, socialize and have fun around fashion and horses. A select international group of women will have the opportunity to share their experiences and connect with guests. Tickets are limited and include canapés, welcome bubbles, and giveaways. Supported by international brands like HELLO, Natura Bissé, la Prestic Ouiston, W Mag-Preneur, and Goshopia. Guests can expect an evening engaging with brilliant women in Dubai. Tickets are 315 AED per person.
SUPER SATURDAY LADIES’ DAY – March 4, 2023
Warming up for the grand finale! Guests will enjoy a show from the best fashion brands to prepare their outfits for the Dubai World Cup Style Stakes competition. Do you want to try hats? Makeup? Dresses? Shoes? Don’t miss the first Super Saturday fashion event and your chance to be the winner of the Most Elegant Woman of the evening. The dress code for the night is smart attire or national dress. Ladies are encouraged to wear hats. Dresses and skirts should be of modest length, falling just above or below the knee. Neutral colors are encouraged, as are ladylike up-dos and delicate jewelry. Tickets are 365 AED per person and include admission, a dinner buffet, bubbles, and giveaways.

DUBAI WORLD CUP STYLE STAKES – March 25, 2023
Join us on Dubai World Cup day in Apron Views and enter the fashionable Style Stakes competition for a chance to win amazing prizes across a variety of categories. Apron Views is a vibrant social village where entertainment makes every moment special at the Dubai World Cup. The area is situated in front of the Grandstand and it’s the perfect outside location to interact and watch the action unfold. Tickets are 295 AED per person (admission only). STYLE STAKES
Last year, Goshopia won Most Creative Outfit with a fully sustainable look at Style Stakes, the style competition happening at the Dubai World Cup finale. The trend is to be more mindful of our choices. All their hats are handmade and made to order- making sure there is no waste and traditional techniques are preserved. And the dyes used are natural (yes, they use avocado, beetroot, indigo…). Unless the client needs a particular shade that can only be achieved using other kinds of pigments.
The dress was made using coffee sacs and is a work of art by designer Sylvia Calvo. Miah Llanes, the beautiful Filipina model represented one of the biggest expat communities in Dubai that very rarely get the spotlight in this kind of event.
