QUINOA

This pseudocereal provides proteins of high biological value and a lot of fiber to facilitate easy digestions. It will improve your intestinal transit, preventing colon cancer. Quinoa doesn´t contain gluten, so it is an extra benefit for gluten intolerants. You can prepare it boiled – like rice- and add it to your salads or sauteed with other vegetables.
