Located in an 17th-century historic neighborhood, “De Negev Straatjes” (The nine streets) is an area between Leidsestraat and Jordaan districts. Here you can find boutiques, cozy cafés, nice restaurants and trendy art galleries. From well-established labels to emerging designers, variety of prices and an exceptional vintage goods selection, this is the ultimate alternative shopping paradise.

Netherlands its famous for its prolific artistic and cultural scene. In Amsterdam, you will be able to see the called Dutch Masters from the 17th century Dutch Golden Age. “The Rijksmuseum” is one of the most visited museums. “The Anne Frank House” where she and her family hid during the German occupation in World War II its really interesting although always crowded. So we recommend you to go early, even before they open their doors.

If you are more into modern art, you should visit the “Stedelijk Museum”. This museum is focused on 19th and 20th-century Dutch and French paintings, featuring a number of renowned art movements, like De Stijl and Pop Art, and painters such as Chagall, Matisse, and De Kooning, among others.

Save time also to go to one of our favorites: “The Van Gogh Museum”. IT displays more than 600 pieces of paintings and drawings, and a dedicated exhibit of his letters.

If you want to have a unique and different experience on accommodation, leave the hotels and hostels aside. Try something new and stay in the floating hotel “Botel” with a splendid view of the IJ river.
